The Happiest Hour You’ll Have All Week

Our classes are beginner-friendly, relaxed, and intentionally low-pressure. You’ll be guided through gentle movement while playful puppies roam, cuddle, and bring plenty of smiles to your mat. Each session includes time for yoga, puppy play, snuggles, and photos, because the puppy time is just as important as the stretching. We provide the mats and the puppies. Wear something comfortable, come ready to laugh, and prepare to leave with a full heart.

Book a Class

Guests must be 5+ years old. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
